Customer servcie answered every e-mail, and from start of order to pkg. delivery---17 days! I would put this $178 dress up against a $700 dress at our local dress shop anyday, You cannot go wrong ordering from this company. I hope they are still around when my daughter gets married! I ordered this dress on January 19 and I was beginning to get nervous. It was a Chinese based website that I had never heard of before and I saw some bad reviews about it on other websites AFTER I had ordered my dress. However, every time I emailed they got back to me within a couple of days. My dress just came today, March 11, and I am absolutely in love with it. I would recommend ordering your dress with PLENTY of time before your event just in case. Thanks so much, Vampal! I will definitely order from here again! :)

Can I just say, I'm highly impressed with Vampal. After reading other reviews, I ordered my dress well in advance of when I needed it, in fear that it wouldn't arrive on time. Prom is in March, but I told them I needed it by late February just to be on the safe side. I ordered my dress on January 18th and it arrived on February 7, much sooner than I expected! The dress is gorgeous, the color I ordered was wine, and the color was even more beautiful than I expected. The beading isn't quite as intricate as the picture, but is nonetheless beautiful and glimmers in the light. The dress appears to be very well made and fits very well, although the length is a little shorter than I expected but that is my fault and is going to be easily fixed by wearing sandals rather than heels. My favorite feature is the lace up back which is stunning and makes the dress in my opinion. Pros: Gorgeous, high quality, beautiful color, fits well, fast delivery, the lace up back. Cons: Not quite as pictured (still beautiful though) and slow response from customer service.
In conclusion: I definitely recommend ordering from Vampal. The dress is high quality, at an affordable price. Delivery was quick, much faster than expected and I am a very satisfied customer. I love my dress!

I ordered this dress in the color shown to wear to a military ball, and it was phenomenal! The dress was very well made and arrived on schedule. I ended up removing the straps and wore it as a strapless gown. I felt absolutely gorgeous. Very flattering to my figure, and measurements were exact, I ordered a size 6 based on the size chart.
I received the dresses today. Thanks! Now just to get my bridesmaids to try them on. Thay look great :D

Hi, I recieved my dress in the mail a little under a week ago and it is PERFECT! I am so please with Vampal's service and the quality of the dress. It looked like something I would pay 3x as much for. Thank you so much...I will definitely be using Vampal again! :)
After I placed the order, I was worried this site might be a scam since it is based in China. However, I received JUST what I expected (though a few days later) - a beautiful royal blue evening gown for my daughter's engagement party and they responded to my email questions/concerns very timely - usually within 1 hour. I even ordered additional fabric about a week after I received the dress and matching jacket, which I received FROM CHINA in less than a week! I'm impressed Vampal - thank you for your superb quality work and quick responses!

First of all, thank you so much for the dress. It's even better to see it in person. I know Vampal worked so hard on it. And it paid off. Second, the quality is amazing and it's worth it. As amazing as the dress is, there are some points that need fine tuning. The dress didn't come in until two days after I was supposed to wear it to my occassion (my senior ball). And the dress was a bit too long and the halter neck strap was too big. It was very loose around my neck. However, those things didn't stop the dress from being AMAZING. I love love love it!
So if your looking to order a dress from here, I would say to order AT LEAST 3 months ahead of time. Maybe 4 if you aren't sure if it will fit perfectly by the time it arrives. This company is great and they are very cooperative and responsive in their emails. They work with you so that you are completely satisfied with your product. OVERALL, I give a thumbs up to Vampal. They give great service. And you will be satisfied.

Yesterday I received my order. The dress surpassed my expectations as the quality is excellent - especially for the price.
One tip, I read the bad reviews regarding garments not arriving in time so I made a point of of continually e-mailing Vampal and asking for updates so the dress was not lost in their system. I stated I needed the dress by 05.05.12 and it arrived on 09.05.12 which is acceptable as I gave myself a few weeks in case anything went wrong .
I will definitely order from Vampal again and recommend them .

This dress is beautiful. You can tell that it is well made and is perfect measurements. I was nervous when I ordered, and the delivery took aprox. 1 month. But they had great contact and always responded within 24hrs. Although the dress is not the colour I had expected and is more pink, it is still beautiful and I recieved lots of compliments as soon as I tried it on. This dress is great if you are shorter as it makes me look much taller, and the back is very elegant and gorgeous. I will definetely be returning in the future!

I'll admit, I was very skeptical when ordering - but I have been pleasantly surprised. The quality of the dress was absolutely amazing for the price paid...there was a lot of attention to detail and it was generally very well made. I was so surprised. I ordered my dress May 22 and received it June 3rd. TWO WEEKS. The 50 dollar express shipping is worth it. I still have 19 days until my wearing date. I was a bit concerned and I emailed Vampal and they shipped it the next day. My dress was custome made and custom sized and I still got it in about 10 days. I got the dress the day after it was shipped. I will definitely order again. Thank you Vampal for the absolutely stunning dress.

after 7 excruciatingly long weeks of waiting i finaly recived my dress on may 5th. the dress is more than i could have ever hoped for the lace is gorgeous and is deffinatly my favorite part of the dress. i would recomend vampal but be sure to order in advance as far as possible. thanks vampal :)
I want to thank you all for the amazing prom dress i received. I ordered it on February 22 and it came in a week before my wearing date in April. It was unbelievably better than i could've imagined. I ordered my dress on March 24, 2011 and I still have not recieved my dress. I am getting very worried because it has been 44 days. My prom is getting close and I just want my dress.
The dress that I recieved was absolutley beautiful. It fit me wonderfuly and I am truly happy with it. The only thing that I would consider before buying is the time it takes to get to you. If you don't order about 1-2 months before you need it, it will not make it to you in time. (Even with rush ordering.) I love the customer service, when I got my dress I had ordered the jacket that came with it in black but when it got here it was in the same green satin my dress was made of. Vampal was very accomodating and is currently sending a newly made jacket in the fabric I had originally ordered. I would gladly recomend Vampal to anyone who is in need of a beautiful dress, as well as, buy from them again.

I purchased my dress March 20th and received it today April 27th and my prom is in 2 days. The dress is not exactly what it looks like in the picture and does not look like it was finished. There is no way of hooking the strap to the back of the dress and only half of the strap is beaded. It needs to be fitted also.The dress is beautiful but looks like it might have been rushed to be not-so-finished. I'm satisfied but not ecstatic.

The dress came in yesterday. It is beautiful, better than could be expected. We emailed back and forth with the company a few times (daughter getting nervous, prom dress). They were very responsive and attentive.
My daughter had seen the dress for more than twice the price at a dress shop, the one that Vampal produced is even more stunning.
We took it to a seamstress to get it checked out when it arrived, she also commented on the excellent quality. I would highly recommend.
I purchased the dress on the 11th March so a month later when it hadn't turned up I was quite worried, however I emailed Vampal to say i was worried and my wear date was in may, they emailed back within 24 hours saying they were sending the dress out, it then arrived a few days later. I love my dress it fits perfectly and looks gorgeous, you can tell the material is good quality, deffinatly worth the money. Thank you very much Vampal!!
My daughters prom dress arrived last evening. The dress is beautifully made, fit perfectly and she loves it. The champaign color is more pale yellow than pale gold but still is amazing. My 5 stars is for the quality and fit of the dress. Delivery and timing are another issue-details to follow in another review. Trying to shorten it because it won't post.
This dress fits like a dream, and the color (I got jade.) is beautiful. I love it. I ordered it on Feb 17, and it didn't arrive until April 11. However, it is beautiful and it is AMAZING. I recommend this site for ordering if you have a LONG time to wait for it to arrive.

Through all the emails and frustration, i finally received my prom dress over 50 days later. The dress is not the right color, however i'll live. Its more a burgundy color when it really should be purplish-pink. The satin band is just plain red, which doesn't really match. I'm going to try to fix that. The quality is very good, but the color is not quite right. Thank you.

Received dress today and delighted with it , It did take 2 months to arrive but i appreciate that company was very busy and they did reply quickly to emails and queries i sent . The dress was purchased for my daughters prom and i feel it is excellant value for money and she is over the moon with it .

My dress came today March 23, 2011 after ordering it January 21, 2011. I was initially concerned about its arrival; however, after contacting the company, they got my dress to me before my requested date of April 7, 2011. They were so kind and prompt and answered all my questions. The dress is beautiful. The fabric is elegant and well lined. It fits just like the one I tried on in the store, but this one was much more reasonably priced. I recommend Vampal as long as you place your order in enough time to arrive. I can't wait to wear it!

I tryed on this Flirt dress in a bridal shop and fell in love with it. My Vampal dress was delivered yesterday, a week before my wear date, and it is even more beautiful than the sample. Even the intricate beading is well done. Thank you.
Dress is absolutely stunning, I love it! The quality of work is amazing. The dress fits like a glove. I would highly recommend ordering from you to others. However, I would caution them to order early. Due to the high demand and their holiday, the dress took 47 days to get from the time I ordered it. No complaints on the dress or being able to contact Vampal only the time it took to make the dress. Thank you so much.

I'm still waiting for my order that I ordered a month and a half ago. A couple of my other friends ordered their dress only a couple weeks before I did and they already received their dress. I must say when I emailed them they responded back very quickly but they need to hire more people. I need my dress!

The detail work of this dress was amazing!! I love the dress and it fit perfectly!!! Time was a little longer but there was a holiday during the time. I tried this dress on at a store and saved 100's.
I wanted to take the time to thank you for providing beautiful dresses for my wedding! Everyone absolutely loved them and I have referred your company to hundreds of people since then! I have attached an image from my wedding with the girls wearing your blue gowns!
I have another wedding coming up that I am going to be a bridesmaid in and I suggested we buy the dresses from you!

The dresses were custom-made to include sleeves and a neckline and they dresses were gorgeous — albeit a little tight and the sleeves were a bit short. Thank you so much!

our vacation is over and we just got back.. the dress arrive after we already check in the airport and left my son text me that the dress is at the post office... now i got the dress but i never used it.. it is beautiful dress and i guess i will wear it next occation.. thanks again though..

Your willingness to work with me on color selection (which I finally chose eggplant, which was not offered for this dress and you were willing & able to accommodate me), your consistent and direct communication throughout the process and your beautiful, well made final product will have me referring people to your site for a long time. I will be back next year for the next Annual Dinner. This is my 8th year going and my first year truly thrilled with my gown.
I am petite, 5' 1 & 1/2'' with measurements that don't quite match any manufacturer's specifications. Every year I have a dress altered because of this. Your custom service allowed me to finally purchase a dress that fit me, like a glove - because it was made for me!!! I am so very happy!!!

I ordered dresses for my sisters wedding for me, and my twin daughters. They were nicer quality than I ever expected, much nicer made than anything we found in the bridal stores at a fraction of the cost Also we ordered matching jackets and they arrived not fitting properly, when I informed Vampal she offered to remake them and ship them at no additional cost. The rest of the bridal party was waiting for ours to arrive before they ordered theirs, and once we told them how happy we were with the dresses and the quality, they ordered theirs. I would not hesitate to order again from this company, they were wonderful!

Stunning evening dress
I just received my dress and was totally blown away by how beautiful this dress was. The color is stunning the style was perfect. Even the fit was unbelievable.
