Products with quality problem in 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier can be returned and refund.
Quality problem can be defined as follows:
I.Bbvious quality defects
II.Not following the customization requirement of customer
III.Obvious wrong color as customer choosed (Color aberration is existed due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition. The quality problem is not included with color aberration.)
IV.Merchandise damaged when delivery
And please pay attention to below policies:
1. We do not accept returns for any custom-made dresses. And we don't accept returns for size problem, we measure each dress according to your order before we send it out.
2. For the refund,please kindly note that you should pay US$35 of re-stocking fee for each dress.
Also shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.
For free shipping dresses, You need to pay $20 for us as sen shipping fee.
So for a free shipping dress, you will need to pay us $55 if you want to return the dress.
3. Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee.
4. Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.
5. Once we authorize your return, we will give you an ARN (Authorized Return Number).
Please write the ARN on the outside of the shipping box.
6. Refund only after we get the tracking number of the return package and verify it in the tracking url you offered.
