I was worried when I had ordered my dress and a month passed without any sign of the dress arriving in time for my senior ball. I expressed my concerns to Vampal about the dress arriving, and they assured me it would make it to me on time. I even recieved a personal email from them when they shipped my dress out. It arrived one day before my ball, and it was the most beautiful dress there, Thank you!

after 7 excruciatingly long weeks of waiting i finaly recived my dress on may 5th. the dress is more than i could have ever hoped for the lace is gorgeous and is deffinatly my favorite part of the dress. i would recomend vampal but be sure to order in advance as far as possible. thanks vampal :)

The dress that I recieved was absolutley beautiful. It fit me wonderfuly and I am truly happy with it. The only thing that I would consider before buying is the time it takes to get to you. If you don't order about 1-2 months before you need it, it will not make it to you in time. (Even with rush ordering.)
I love the customer service, when I got my dress I had ordered the jacket that came with it in black but when it got here it was in the same green satin my dress was made of. Vampal was very accomodating and is currently sending a newly made jacket in the fabric I had originally ordered.
I would gladly recomend Vampal to anyone who is in need of a beautiful dress, as well as, buy from them again.

I want to thank you all for the amazing prom dress i received. I ordered it on February 22 and it came in a week before my wearing date in April. It was unbelievably better than i could've imagined. I got sooo many compliments on my dress!!! It was definitely the best one at prom. Thank you again for your wonderful customer service, and beautiful quality dress.
